Dopamine: levels can drop if your iron level is low as iron is a cofactor for the enzyme Tyrosine Hydroxylase which is needed to make Dopamine. So I suggest you have your iron level checked first. There are a whole bunch of medications that affect Dopamine levels (in either direction) As a next step, I suggest you discuss this with a PCP who knows your situation well.
