Unusual: The question is how high a dose and how long you have been taking methylprednisolone. Regardless of the mechanism, if you get side effects from a drug, you may need to reduce the dose or stop the medication altogether after checking with the doctor who prescribed the drug. If the drug is essential , you may have to live with the side effects. Have you tried NSAID?
