I've been dealing with inflammation for 10 months.will injecting depo-medrol into shoulders muscles.will that help get rid of the inflammation.

No: Soft tissue injections have relatively short term benefit at most and usually no benefit. In addition, soft tissue pain and tenderness usually has nothing to do with inflammation of those areas.
