Can anybody give me advice about lower leff quadrant abdominal pain?

Could be: Anything from constipation, to diverticular disease, to hernia, abscess, ovarian if female, kidney stones or tumor of the colon. Best to see a GI doctor or colon and rectal surgeon if your pcp doesn't feel comfortable with diagnosing this issue.
