Lack of emotions: Depression is one cause of disconnection from emotions. Also the numbing phase of ptsd is another. Some people with dissociative disorders experience a lack of emotions. Some psychotic people are disconnected from emotions as well. Please consider seeing a psychiatrist or psychologist about your concerns.
