Very carefully: First, you want to be certain that you are in fact suffering from psychogenic amnesia. What led you to this conclusion. But assuming this is the case, you would benefit from psychotherapy with someone experienced in treating trauma. Two relatively recent techniques are EFT and EMDR so look into this. Psychotherapy should be slow and steady to avoid re-traumatizing yourself. Get a referral.
