No: amnesia is a clinical diagnosis, not one that is based on imaging.

No: Amnesia is not a CT finding. CT can find structural abnormalities, not cognitive abnormalities. Even if there was an intracranial mass causing mental status changes or amnesia, CT could see the mass, but not prove the presence of amnesia.
