Personal: Patients I have met in the past, that have this, have had problems in their childhood where they have been molested or abused. Just the touching aspect is not really a disorder, if they generally avoid most type of social interaction then it has a name. So a deeper understanding of where the 'no touch' rule began could help you better understand that position.
