Probably not: By age 18 the growth plates of women are usually closed. You have probably reached your adult height.

You are done: The same hormones that brought on your menses signaled your growth centers to hurry up and finish. Women stop growing about 2 years after 1st menses when their growth centers close. Your 2 cm in 4 years is the best evidence that you are finished.
