Unlikely to happen: At sixteen your growth centers have likely closed and you are unlikely to grow taller. A young woman usually stops growing 3 yrs after 1st menses. If you want to know for sure an x-ray of your wrist/hand can be analysed for bone maturity. If growth centers are open more growth may occur, if closed, you are done. No diet, exercise or meds can change this if growth centers have closed.
