Can you tell me how long can someone live with metastatic melanoma to the brain?

Depends on size: The results with melanoma to brain not encouraging. If detected early and the interval from primary resection long and PET/CAT shows no other lesions than surgery may be helpful. If larger and other lesions elsewhere there radiation therapy can be palliative for several months. New PD-1 drugs may be helpful.
