Yes: Endometriosus is the lining of your uterus migrating out of your fallopian tubes and implanting in the abdomen, on the bowel or bladder or pelvic walls. Having a hysterectomy will not remove this, it will have to be treated to clear it. Usually with laser or cautery. This may be done at hysterectomy, or as a separate procedure. Removing the ovaries can help as well.
