It depends...: The bacterial infection should probably be treated, possibly with antibiotics. Then the cause of hemolytic anemia needs to be investigated. If it was a consequence of the infection, then it should get a better once the infection is treated but many other causes are also possible so consulting with your physician is necessary for adequate diagnosis and treatment.
