Antiphospholipid syn: Checked for lupus? ANA, DS DNA? ANCA? Some w/ all three go on to lupus. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/16010207 Treatment is directed to thormobycytopenia w/ steroids, IVIG or Rituxan. if severe may need spelnectomy https://www.researchgate.net/publication/273142224_The_Significance_and_Management_of_Thrombocytopenia_in_Antiphospholipid_Syndrome F/u/ w/ Rheumatology
