Levels: Need to be checked and monitored by your doc. Cycling women need to be careful with supplementing w/iron. About 60% us folks deficient in d, higher levels w/darker skin. Old d dose though safe was 400. Now we know we need a lot more. Experts say optimal at 50-80 in lab results, although 30 is low normal. Peace and good health.
