ER Visits are for: Acute illness, quick fix, expensive. Your case is a chronic one. You need to see a GI who might think of doing endoscopy and relevant tests to find out the definitive cause and treat accordingly. You might have helicobactor pylori infection in your stomach. Omeprazole / ranitidine alone will not cure it.
