Ok....: To take together...I am assuming you are on the tegretol to begin with and then the Prednisone was added to it for a limited period of time. Tegretol can affect the metabolism of many drugs, but as long as you just continue your regular dose of tegretol, don't do anything different with it, you will be fine.
