Confused: A cerebral vascular accident is another term for stroke or brain attack. After that occurs, the patient often needs rehabilitation so they would go to a rehabilitation center (or institute) where they would get intensive, specialized physical, occupational, and speech therapy.

Do not understand: I do not understand the question. A cva is the same as a stroke and strokes are often treated at rehabilitation hospitals.
