No: Treated chlamydia at 18yo would not likely cause sterility.

Maybe/not: Depends. If it was aggressive and attacked your Fallopian tubes early there is an increased risk of tubal pregnancy or tubal failure. This is rare if treated early. If you found out your tubes didn't work well you could bypass them with IVF and still have babies if your ovaries are healthy.
