Vision loss and pain: These are alarming symptoms in a 7 year old. You should report this immediately to your doctor and have her examined for the cause of the vision loss and the ear pain. There are mainly possibilities.

Serious condition: This could be an ear infection, or periorbital cellulitis, which can be very serious. You did say if there is a fever, nor how long this has been going on. If there is a fever, then your child should be seen promptly. This can be fixed with Augmentin (amoxicillin and clavulanate) (a strong version of amoxicillin) if your child is not allergic to penicillin. Get it checked as the vision could be affected.
