Lab tests: If your doctor has done the tests and is not concerned then you should not be concerned. Sometimes tests are false positive and are of no concern.

ANA doesn't=disease: 5-20% of people, have +ana but on further testing do not have any evidence of ANA related diseases. Some other diseases can have a positive ana, eg thyroid conditions, viral infections, etc. There is also variability in the lab test kits. An ANA is only a useful screening test, but if further testing is all negative, and there aren't autoimmune symptoms, then it can be ignored.
