Abn bowels x 10 m: Have they checked for ova, parasites? bacteria like camphylobacter? Yeast overgrowth? celiac disease or gluten sensitivity? Sometimes one is sensitive to soy or other foods , can for that. Also check gallbladder for stones/ dyskinesia with sono and if needed HIDA scan. may also be bacterial overgrowth . Try a multispecies probiotic like Nexabiotic on Amazon f/u w/ GI doc, nutritionist

Could a positive FIT test (occult blood) in 23 yr old mean IBD? I'm obviously too young for polyps/cancer.
