A great deal ....: Spinal stenosis is narrowing of the foraminal canals that the nerves exit from in the spine and can be caused by arthritis, disc herniation inflammation and such. Ankylosing spondylitis is an immune disease whereby the lower spine pelvis and major joints gradually stiffen secondary to the bodies immune inflammatory response. Typically associated with ra, common in men and test marker is hla-b27.

Totally different: Spinal stenosis is narrowing of the spinal canal due to osteoarthritic changes. Ank spondy is an inflammatory arthritis in which the inflammation is basically where ligaments attacks to the vertebral bodies.
