When i bend over (less often stood up) i get this strange sensation at the top of my neck (right side) or behind the ear towards the back of head?

Hard to say. : I would need a bit more info. The sensation is it feel like spinning or being off balance? Do you get light headed like you are going to faint? Is it more pain in the neck that you feel? Is it tender to touch? Let us know.
