Start w/ evaluation: There are lots of reasons for abdominal discomfort ; many are not due to the GI tract. Bowel "problems" often accompany GI disorders--whether functional or "organic." if pain with meals consider peptic (acid), biliary, or pancreatic disease. If bleeding or tenderness is present, this suggests inflammation, ischemia, or infection. Exquisite tenderness is quite concerning. Please see your doctor.

See your doctor: If you have stomach problems al the time it is matter of concern it may be slight reflux to inflamation of stomack to PUD to complex problems need thorough investigatin.
