Not without more information. If you are having severe pain anywhere in your abdomen (the stomach is only one of many organs in your belly), have fever, are vomiting to the point you cannot hold even water down, are vomiting blood, have dark or bloody stools, or severe diarrhea for more than two days you should go to the emergency room. Otherwise make an appointment to see a doctor for an exam.
