You might be : Constipated & bloated. Encourage you to hydrate well. At least 8 8 ounce glasses of water per day. Get in a good amount of dietary fiber. Try to eat at least 5 servings of vegetables & at least 4 servings of fruit per day. Avoid excess dairy & junk carbohydrates. You can also use an over the counter laxative. Please see your doctor for abdominal pain. Take care.
