See your doc: Symptoms of inability to coordinate a sentence suggests encephalopathy ie brain changes. Ibuprofen ; Naproxen for instance in, rarely, some people could cause aseptic meningitis ie non infectious meningitis. Other possibilities could include herpes encephalitis from cold sores. Other possibilities include inflammatory conditions like lupus and vasculitis. Most of these can correct with medicalcare.
