It could be: While the symptoms you describe could be early labor, you could also have a slight stomach bug, especially since you have had diarrhea. If there is any consistency to the cramping as if they were contractions, you need to go to ER for evaluation as you are only 33 weeks and meds could be given if needed to stop labor and/or mature baby's lungs.
