YES, NURSE FROM BOTH: Both breasts should be used at each feeding at early weeks to encourage sufficient stimulation for maximum production of milk from both sides. After milk supply has been established, the breasts may be alternated at successive feeding. If one breast is not used/emptied, milk supply will eventually reduced with reduction of the size, which is your case.
