Change in shape: It is normal for your breasts to change in size and shape with and after breastfeeding. The slight pain could be a couple of things. As your milk " lets down" just before the milk begins to flow, you may be aware of a slight ACHE as the muscles around the milk ducts contract to get the milk going. Congratulations for breastfeeding your baby! He will be SO healthy!
