Yes but why: Although antihistamines are a very safe class of medications, the better question is why is there a need to take them daily? If antihistamines are being taken for treatment of nasal symptoms, see an allergist to identify the trigger.

Yes, but...: For most cases of mild allergies, taking a daily dose of antihistamine is fine. If you are taking a sedating antihistamine to help with your insomnia, the effect of these will wear off. Over-the-counter sleep aids have antihistamines or melatonin (already taking).
