None: There is no anti-histamine that is 100% safe for use in pregnancy. This class of medications contains variants of amphetamines which can accelerate your heart rate and consequently the baby's. Fetal heart rates above 200 beats per minute can cause fetal cardiac arrest. A runny nose untreated will not put the fetus at risk.
