Not recommended: This activity would be more likely to cause an infection and scarring in the area. Have a health care professional look at and treat any moles you have. Good luck.

Mole picking: Any skin moless on our body, should not be picked or removed by self inflicted injury; they should be seen by your physician, then sent for biopsy. The "picking" will only aggravate them and sometimes cause more harm than good. You can cause a skin infection from picking them. Moles must be measured for size and examined for changes. Melanomas can arise from moles.Stop picking them.
