A member asked:

Does pcos just develop or are you born with it?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Develops: Pcos symptoms are due in part to hormone imbalances. These hormones do not become "highly" active until the onset of puberty, so that would be the earliest you would start having physical symptoms.
