Probably fine: Do you have unusual pain, or are having a normal recovery? It is not normal to have a new blood pressure discrepancy after surgery. It could be spurious, or it could be a blockage or dissection caused by access to your bloodstream required for the cardiopulmonary bypass machine. I would make sure that your surgeon knows of this to place this finding properly in the setting of your recovery.
