Hi, i was wondering if i could get some advice on a lump on my inner thigh. it was a red soft lump, and now it is open with a small hole in the middle?

Possible infection: If there is drainage and the surrounding area is red, warm and a bit tender, this sounds like it may be an infected abscess. If that is the case, it should be seen by your primary care provider as you may need antibiotics to clear the infection. In the meantime hot compresses should help.
