Gonorrhea: The penile discharge associated with gonococcal urethritis is usually off-white and purulent. The color of discharges is most commonly associated with the nature of the host response to the infection and the tissue damaged along with the leukocyte (WBC) influx. If you are having a discharge don't try to diagnose by color. Go and get seen professionally and be tested appropriately for all stds.
