No: Thrush relates to yeast in the mouth, not the ear. There may be a fungal infection in the ear but that is quite uncommon and is usually seen with chronic middle ear or external ear infections. Amoxicillin, albeit known to make people prone to yeast infection, will be the unlikely cause of ear fungal infection, the diagnosis thereof i actually doubt.
