My son is 2 yo, had ebv last year. they did a full leukemia work up. could he still develop lymphoma from it? he has swollen occiput node. other sx's?

EB VIRUS- is one of : The most common infections affecting >95% world population. In central africa, almost all children get it by 3 yr. Ebv is associated with a number of lympho-proliferative disorders e.g. Hodgkins, nasopharyngeal ca, burkitt lymphoma, etc, seen mostly in immuno-compromised patients, e.g. Hiv infected, transplant recipients (liver, heart), etc. Swollen ln in children is common from many causes.
