Either: Most often, release of fluid from the female during orgasm is often urine. There are some studies that show this is a buildup of fluid in the glands that surround the female urethra. Currently, there are no proven or known ways to induce female 'ejaculation'.

Squirting: “Squirting” is controversial. Some indicate that it is a form of female ejaculation in which the fluid is propelled from para-urethral ducts during or prior to orgasm. Others hold that it is lubricating secretions or incontinence of urine.
