Mephedrone or "bath: Salts" is a currently popular street drug with effects similar to ecstasy. It can cause increased heart rate and blood pressure, profuse sweating, agitation. Psychotic behavior may result from long-term use. Best not to get involved in the use of such drugs as they are often used in combination with other "party drugs"; effects of unknown combinations of drugs are hard to predict.
