Possible gastroenter: Sometimes raw vegetables are contaminated with diarrhea causing bacteria like e.Coli or salmonella. May consider to stop using remaining salad.

Rapid bowel transit: Food passing through the GI tract; normally takes 2.5-3 hours for 50% of stomach contents to reach intestines, (4-5 hours for complete emptying). A 50% emptying of the small bowel takes another 2.5-3 hours, and transit through the colon normally takes 16-40 hours. This may vary with the diet and person, but your case is abnormal and should be seen by a doctor. Hope it clears up soon.
