Yes: The hpv virus can live anywhere in the perineum/genital area. Contact without protection can transmit the virus.

HPV: Absolutely. This virus is easily transmissible by any direct skin to skin or skin to mucous membrane contact. But if you are having unprotected sex (and this is a form of that, one need not have penetration), that is not the only std you have to worry about. Hiv and syphilis and other serious pathogens can be transmitted in this manner. Be careful. It is dangerous out there. Get yourself tested.
