No,choice for pain?: Interactions w/other meds, incr. Rate of metabolism, decr, duration of effect or slows metabolism w/ prolonged effect. It prolongs seroquel, (quetiapine) can cause sedation. Alone adverser depression possible.Wd sx can feel like BP sx, panic attacks, etc.+interactions w/dm meds ; ibup, acet, etal. Watch liver/kidney, lytes /thyroid/cbc/labs.Cns, i.E sz must be r/o why dilaudid, better meds unless others already tried.
