Need more informatio: We can not tell you what it can be as more information is needed like where did the pain start from, how long it has been there, other associated symptoms like loss of appetite, nausea;vomiting, diaarhea/constipation, any fever etc. If the pain is significant and you want to find out what is causing it, get it checked by your doctor or go to er.
