No Risk: Proven over and over and over in the thirty plus years that skin is a very solid barrier to HIV infection. On top of that HIV patients who know they are HIV positive are usually on good and effective medication that nearly turns off their contagiousness when they are taking it daily. Skin is a perfect barrier. There is nothing in skin for the virus to attach to and it dies easily. No risk.
