Meclizine: First one should figure out why they are dizzy. But there is a very good otc anti-dizzy medicine known as meclizine.

? Vertigo: There are two types of dizziness, vertigo (spinning sensation) and lightheadedness (feels like you're about to faint). Vertigo usually is related to a problem with the inner ear semicircular canals; a tiny stone gets stuck on the hairs (cilia); lightheadedness can be related to a low blood pressure upon standing. Drink fluids and see your doctor.
