Dizziness?: In vertigo there usually is a sensation of rotation of self or objects around you . At 36 sounds like postural hypotension but if persistent should be checked.

Sounds more: Like true vertigo rather than mere dizziness caused by low blood pressure or lack of oxygen to brain.
