Birds and the bees: A woman ovulates and is most fertile 14 days before her p starts, so if regular in her cycle at 28 days, than mid-cycle would be the best time to have unprotected sex and possibly get pregnant. Sex a few days after your period would be less likely to cause pregnancy. Best of luck to you both!
